我认为您的架构没有任何问题；此错误 ORA-20001 是由 Apex 应用程序而非数据库引发的自定义应用程序错误。我会从表面上看消息：...Error page=8 item="P8_BRANCHID" id="" has same name as existing application-level item。您的第 8 页似乎有一个名为的页面项目P8_BRANCHID，但在应用程序项目中也可能定义了类似的项目。转到您的应用程序项目，看看您是否有一个名称相同的项目。

这是因为您尝试创建的页码已存在于 APEX 应用程序中。更改页码，它应该可以工作
