我设法解决了这个问题。我决定在我的开发环境中用 Postgre 替换 SQLite3，以便它与我在 Heroku 中的设置相匹配。完成此操作后，我能够更轻松地调试问题，而它最终是一个类型转换问题。该:last_modified字段是:datetime，但我推入它的值是 UNIX 时间戳，并且在 Postgre 中引发错误：
