该问题不是由 Ninject 引起的。罪魁祸首是 NewRelic.Agent.Core.AgentShim（由 AppHarbor 使用）。

虽然查看堆栈跟踪，但我认为您可以通过禁用 Ninject 的自动扩展加载功能并手动加载它们来解决这个问题。

我们暂时禁用了 New Relic 插件并从 AppHarbor 服务器中删除了 New Relic 代理。一旦 New Relic 不再对平台上运行的应用程序造成问题，我们将重新添加它。
