根据 ES5 规范,Date.parse仅适用于有效的ISO 8601日期。其他任何内容都取决于实现(实际上,IE < 9 不适用于标准 ISO 日期,它需要一个“/”分隔符)。所以如果你给它一个无效的日期(比如 2012-11-31)你可以得到任何东西,从 2012-12-01 到错误。

在您的测试中:

2012-12-31T23:59:60.000Z

应该可以工作,尽管可能不像您期望的那样。使用60秒表示闰秒,它不等于 24:00:00,只有 Safari 似乎正确。

2012-04-04T24:00:00.000Z
