我想开发一个应用程序来记录通话时间等。当通话结束时。那么当用户完成通话时是否可以启动我的应用程序。

User Finishes his Call ---> My app should open up the moment he finishes his call giving me the details about call duration etc.. and then i ask for some comments on that page and exit the app.
我已经在 Android，Blackberry 中制作了这样的应用程序。
PS：即使它可以在越狱的 iPhone 上运行，对我来说也足够了。
