我们遇到了同样的问题，这就是为什么我调试 jar 以找出可能是什么问题。事实证明，您可以通过编辑位于 jar（相对路径）org\apache\maven\project 内的 pom-4.0.0.xml 轻松修复它。只需将网址更改为 https 就可以了。
