Catalog > Google content > Manage Items

当我选择过期产品并尝试将其删除时。我收到错误"Item xyz product has not been deleted" 。

"No items were deleted from Google Content"

1）我更新了信息System > Configuration > Google API > Google Shopping.

我输入了正确的用户名和密码（我的客户提供了，之前他输入了其他用户名和密码。）。确保目标国家/地区正确。

2) 然后转到目录 > Google 内容 > 管理项目并同步项目。

在同步项目时，项目已成功删除。问题是这些项目在 magento 的管理员中可见。但在 Google 中不存在。因此，当我试图删除产品时，我遇到了错误。

如果我在更新用户名和密码后尝试删除产品而不进行任何同步。我收到以下错误。

Error code: notfound. Internal reason: item not found See 'request' for product 'xyz' (in 'English' store). 
No items were deleted from Google Content (because the products were not on Google)
